This October has been so much fun with a toddler.  Hayden has really come into her personality.  We went to a pumpkin patch and she loved it.  Here are some pics

 

 

SO I'm the laziest blogger in the world.  It' almost 2months after her first birthday and I still haven't posted pics.  So here they are.  We had a party for her the weekend before with all of our friends and family.  On the birthday day we took Hayden to the coast to go to the aquarium and beach.  She loved the aquarium but hated the beach.  That figures.  It was an idyllic day at the coast.  sunshine, no wind and WARM.  And then we had to leave because Hayden found the sand too soft and the sea too loud.  Kids.  We also gave her her first taste of ice cream and she LOVED it.  Makes up for not liking the birthday cake at all.

 

 

So Hayden started walking at 10 3/4 months.  As of last week she was pretty confident...

But by today she is almost running.

So Ash surprised me with a trip to Vegas for my 30th.  We had a GREAT time and so did Hayden.  We can't wait to go back for a "big peoples" trip.  We were able to see The Tournament of Kings show and Hayden came along.  She totally enjoyed watching kings joust and sword fight and watch mom and dad eat with their hands.  Here are just a couple of pictures from the trip.

Table manners?

Oh my.  How time has flown by.  I can't believe that I've been blogging (if that's what you can call it) via the cell phone and then just by posting pictures.  Can you say SHAME!  I am not the type of person who makes new year resolutions but one who constantly says that she's going too.  So here we are in July (holy smoke) and I am resolving to blog more often in the near future.  This year has been full of fun and adventure with a new little kiddo.  She gets cuter by the day. 

Hayden you are now 10 months old and I can hardly believe it.  It seems like just yesterday that I was crazy pregnant with you enduring this heat.  Once again it is really hot but this year I get to see your darling little face and hear your fantastic giggle.  You are the sunshine of your daddy's and my life and we are so happy to have you.  We can't wait to take you for your first ride in your new bike trailer but we have to get you convinced that your helmet is a good thing first. 

Daddy and I were just talking the other day about your birthday and what cake we were going to get you.  You really love cheerios and hummus at the moment and I have to be honest a cake that flavour doesn't sound too appealing.  It might be an idea to have those as snacks at the party.  What do you think?  Just two more short little months to wait and you will be 1.  Crazy how fast our little girl is growing into a big girl.  Speaking of big girl, you are crawling up a storm and even walking when we hold your hands.  You make us laugh so much when you crawl over Zolas head to get to the other side of her.  Your doggy loves you too, very much.  Well little one we look forward to many more fun, crazy, adventurous months together.  We love you sweetheart.

 

Sleeping in her new coat Liz gave her.  We all had a good laugh.  When she crawls now she really does look like a pink Gorilla :)
